Happy New Year Everyone!! I have such high hopes for 2015, I hope you do as well!! Every new year is a time to reflect back on the past year and look at all the wonderful things that have happened. For me, 2014 was full of amazing adventures with my fit chicks  AND getting married!!! Yes, It was a fabulous year!! But now I am excited for 2015. I am READY for all it will bring to me, as I open up my heart and mind to NEW and exciting adventures!

Every New Year, my husband and I write up some goals for the next year. We set up health and fitness goals, business goals, financial goals, relationship goals or whatever goals we wish to accomplish every year. We then put them in a jar, that we add memories to as we come across them, and then the following New Year, we open up that jar and read through them all. It’s kind of fun to see exactly what goals we DID accomplish and all the fun memories.

Here is a little special workout that I did with my Fit Chicks this morning and thought you might enjoy!! It felt SO good to move today, as this was our first workout at the studio since the 23rd of December!! I hope you enjoy the workout!
