Good Mornings

Here is a quick workout that provides both cardio and strength.  For more cardio-based: lighter weights, more reps.  For strength: heavier weights, fewer reps.

It is perfect for beginners; it’s a great right-before-you-jump-in-the-shower workout; it can be done on the road!!!

Do it for time, but ALWAYS have good form!

You can mix in different bicep and shoulder exercises, as well as abs!!

And, as you get stronger, don’t forget to increase the weight of your dumbbells!
