Here is a strength-based circuit workout I created for my PowerSculpt and Bootcamp classes.  For any exercises that you are unfamiliar, please let me know or simply do a search on YouTube for an instructional video.  (Even us trainers do that!!!)  Also, 1) remember to do static stretching after you complete the workout and 2) you can always modify up or down by increasing or decreasing the amount of weight.
