Ready to tackle another total body workout?? This is similar to the one I did in my own workout yesterday. I adjusted a few of the exercises just in case you didn’t have the equipment that we did. I hope you enjoy! Next week will be more “fun” and quick cardio workouts! (insert evil laugh)
Looking to get in a total body workout?? Check out this workout! It can be done with or without weights!! If you are not using weights, try to kick up the pace, but always keeping good form! Adding weights, slow down the reps and focus on that form!! You will feel this one EVERYWHERE!! Enjoy!!
